Indonesia Economic Summit

The Indonesia Economic Summit (IES) is Indonesia’s annual flagship economic forum hosted by the Indonesian Business Council (IBC). It serves as a meeting point that brings together business leaders, policymakers, global thinkers, and industry captains to chart the future direction of Indonesia’s economy. The upcoming 2026 edition will be hosted by Indonesian Business Council from 3 - 4 February 2026 at the Shangri-La Hotel Jakarta. Themed “Coming Together to Boost Resilient Growth and Shared Prosperity”, IES 2026 will convene policymakers, global executives, entrepreneurs and thought leaders to explore strategies for fostering resilient growth amid global volatility — while ensuring that prosperity remains inclusive and widely shared. Next year’s summit will also place special emphasis on Indonesia’s evolving economic model and growth trajectory: balancing the roles of state and market, attracting industrial investment to enhance competitiveness, and leveraging innovation and adaptive strategies to navigate global risks.
