About Homeschool Grove: Organizer

Too many homeschool notes in too many places? Homeschool Grove gives parents one place to plan lessons, assignments, courses, and each child’s progress. Set up the week, then change it when real life changes the plan! KEEP EACH CHILD’S WORK EASY TO FIND Your children may be on different lessons, different subjects, or even completely different curricula. That is normal. Give each student their own setup in Homeschool Grove and keep their courses and assignments where they belong. You can move from one child to the next without untangling their work first. SEE WHAT’S DUE AND WHAT’S DONE Need to see where the day stands? Look at today’s assignments, what’s next, and anything still overdue. If a lesson slips to tomorrow, that is fine. You can come back, see where you stopped, and carry on without trying to remember what was written on yesterday’s paper list. For work that comes up again and again, set it as a recurring assignment instead of adding the same thing each time. You can still see what is overdue and what is coming up as you plan the days ahead. COURSES AND CURRICULUM Put the curriculum where you will actually need it, alongside the course and student using it. That matters when children are at different levels or using different materials. You can keep one child’s course setup completely different from another’s without having to maintain separate planning systems. Different children, different grade levels. You can keep courses and curriculum organized that way too. FIND CURRICULUM FASTER Search for the curriculum first. If it is already there, add it without typing everything in yourself. Have the material with you? Scan the barcode and pull in the details from there. FOLLOW PROGRESS AS YOU GO Homeschooling is not only about what is on today’s list. It also helps to be able to look back and see what has already been covered. Mark assignments complete as the work gets done and return to each student’s progress whenever you need a wider view of the year. SAVE WORK SAMPLES TOO Some things are worth saving, not just checking off. Add a photo to an assignment when there is a piece of work you want to keep. You can come back to those photos later and see the work your child was doing at that point in the year. KEEP REPORT CARDS ON HAND Sometimes a simple completed/not completed view is enough. Other times you want something more structured. Homeschool Grove also lets you keep report cards, giving you another way to record how a student has been doing over time. HOW TO USE HOMESCHOOL GROVE - Add the students you homeschool - Set up their subjects and courses - Add the curriculum they use or search for it in the app - Scan a barcode when you want to add curriculum details faster - Organize courses and curriculum by grade level - Plan lessons and assignments - Set recurring assignments for work that repeats - Check today’s, upcoming, and overdue work - Mark finished assignments complete - Follow each student’s progress - Add photos when you want to save a work sample WHEN PLANS CHANGE A Monday plan does not always make it intact to Friday. A lesson may take longer than expected. Another child may finish early. Something else may simply need to wait. That is normal homeschool life. If one lesson runs long, just move what comes next and keep the week going. Download our app to plan the week, keep assignments in order, and follow each child’s progress as the work gets done. Everything from courses and curriculum to upcoming and overdue work stays easier to check when plans shift. Know what needs your attention before the school day starts!
