TraxM

Trax-M, powered by Structure First, is the preventative facility maintenance solution designed exclusively for banks and credit unions. We deliver targeted, actionable reminders to protect your most valuable physical assets. Your physical branch is more than just real estate; it is a mission-critical asset. It represents significant physical value and serves as the direct, tangible reflection of your brand. A well-maintained branch inspires customer confidence and enhances the overall banking experience. We found that for most financial institutions, facility management is reactionary, not preventative. This leads to the predictable cycle of failure: expensive emergency service calls, unexpected downtime, inflated repair costs, and negative impacts on customer perception. Trax-M breaks this cycle. Our platform provides the consistency you need by proactively sending scheduled, customized reminders directly to your internal facility staff. By turning complex facility management into simple, timely maintenance and inspection checklists, Trax-M ensures minor issues are recognized and addressed before they escalate into costly failures or operational interruptions.
