About Yella: Say Hi to the World
5 seconds. Your language. The whole world understands. Yella is a place to publish a 5 second voice recording. Say it in Arabic, it lands in Japanese: listeners hear your real voice and read your words on screen in their own language. 19 languages, both directions. HOW IT WORKS 1. Tap record and say anything for 5 seconds. 2. Your recording is screened, then published for listeners everywhere, like a public post. 3. You see how many times it was played and how many people liked it. LISTEN Voices from Tokyo, São Paulo, Cairo and Berlin, one after another. You hear the original recording. You understand every word, because the words come up on screen in your language. Like a voice? Tap the heart. FREEDOM No profile. No followers. No feed. Nobody to perform for. Just your voice and the people who hear it. SAFETY Every recording is screened before it is published. Recordings are played to all listeners, the way public posts are. Nobody can reply to a recording and nobody can contact its author. There are no direct messages and no calls. Report and Block are on every voice, in every list. A recording you report is hidden from you at once, and it is removed for every listener once reports confirm it. Yella has no tolerance for objectionable content or abusive users. Adults only, 18+. One recording every 24 hours is included. Want to say more? Extra recordings are available with credits in the app. Say hi to the world.
