Mana

Mana™ lets you scan everyday products, from food and cosmetics to cleaning and clothing. Compare ingredients, materials, recalls, and real-world reports before you buy or use them. The Mana Score™ is a 0 to 100 rating built on an idea most labels ignore: the dose makes the poison. The same ingredient can be harmless in one product and a real concern in another, depending on how much is present, what it's combined with, and how it's used. Mana weighs that context, including concentration wherever it's available, instead of reacting to a name on a list. SEE EVERYTHING, NOT A MYSTERY NUMBER Open any product and you get the whole picture, not just a number. Every ingredient and material is flagged positive, neutral, or negative, each with its own breakdown: the latest research, specific concerns, safer alternatives, regulatory status, a research integrity score, the sources behind it, and the date it was last verified. For food, the Mana Score™ weighs nutrition alongside safety. No black box. INDEPENDENT BY DESIGN Mana draws on publicly available regulatory and hazard data, including FDA, EPA, and EU standards. It flags ingredients banned in other countries, ones under active investigation, those that exceed maximum allowed limits, and cross-contamination risks. Mana is independent, not affiliated with or endorsed by any government agency, and no brand can pay to change a Mana Score™. Mana also surfaces recall and safety alerts from monitored sources, so you know when something you use gets flagged. FROM YOUR PANTRY TO YOUR CLOSET Scan any barcode or search products by name: • Packaged food, dairy, meat and seafood • Fresh produce • Personal care and cosmetics • Cleaning products and household goods • Baby products • Clothing and textiles • Cookware and containers KNOW BEFORE YOU GO Mana goes beyond the barcode. For restaurants and establishments in New York, Los Angeles, Miami, Austin and San Francisco, see current and historical health inspection records, seed-oil information, and reported allergen details, so you know their kitchen like you know your own. COMMUNITY-POWERED The official U.S. recall system is slow. A bad batch or an outbreak can take weeks or months to become official, long after people have already been affected. Mana is real time. The moment someone has a reaction, finds mold or a foreign object, or spots a problem with a product or a place, they flag it in seconds and the whole community sees it. It's everyone looking out for everyone, surfacing problems as they happen instead of waiting for the system to catch up. Check what others ran into before you buy or sit down to eat, and pass on what you find. A WORLD THAT REFLECTS YOUR CHOICES Meet Mana Man™, a companion who lives in a world shaped by what you choose. Every product you scan falls into one of five worlds by its Mana Score™, and your habits decide which one you live in: • Harmony Heights (85 to 100) • Lush Garden (70 to 84) • Neutral Valley (50 to 69) • Scorched Desert (30 to 49) • Toxic Storm (0 to 29) Choose cleaner products and your world flourishes. Let things slide and it fades, but a better choice always turns it around. Watch your choices come alive in a brilliant world of your own. For years, the only people who really knew what was in your products were the ones selling them. Not anymore. You have the right to know what's in your world, and Mana puts the answers in your pocket. Mana is for informational purposes only and not a substitute for professional medical advice. Always verify ingredients and allergens directly with the product maker or establishment, as details may be incomplete or out of date. Download Mana and start scanning.
