YOUR DAILY PROGRESS Track steps, goals, history, and streaks. Explore walking patterns with charts and personal insights, and see saved progress in widgets. Daily tracking and insights are free. Apple Health data and device syncing may arrive with a delay. PRIVATE WEIGHT TRACKING Choose whether to track weight alongside your walking routine. Add measurements manually or connect Apple Health, explore your history, and set optional reminders. Weight measurements stay on your device and are not shared with friend challenges or product analytics. FRIENDLY CHALLENGES With StepTok Plus, create or join walking challenges, compare your group's latest synced progress, and encourage each other with messages. Choose step-total or daily-goal challenges. In Daily First to Goal, the first recorded goal finish earns the day's point. Challenges require an internet connection and a cloud profile. They are for friendly motivation, not verified athletic competition or prizes. OPTIONAL APP LOCK With StepTok Plus, choose apps to restrict using Apple's Screen Time controls and connect walking goals to app access. This feature requires separate setup and device permissions. SUBSCRIPTION StepTok Plus unlocks Challenges and Lock. Today, Insights, and Settings remain available without a subscription. Plans, trial eligibility, prices, and renewal terms are shown before purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled through your Apple account. Manage or cancel your subscription in Apple's subscription settings. PRIVACY Raw Apple Health samples are read on your device. Friend challenges share derived progress and challenge activity with the service and relevant participants. Product analytics and purchase services process information described in the privacy policy. You can delete your cloud account from Settings. StepTok no longer offers challenge location sharing.
