WATCH IT, THEN DO IT • Exercise videos filmed for PadelCare • Log reps and weight for each set, with last time's numbers right beside you • Swap any exercise for another from the same category TRAIN WITH WHAT YOU HAVE Pick your kit, from dumbbells and resistance bands to a plyo box or a jump rope, or go bodyweight only. Sessions fit Beginner, Intermediate and Advanced players, and your goal: performance, injury prevention, or a mix of both. PLAN AROUND YOUR MATCHES Add your matches and get a reminder to warm up before and cool down after. History shows every session and match, week after week. Payment is charged to your Apple Account when you confirm. It renews automatically unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
