Guardian Transport

Moving people with precision. Guardian Transport is a military and law-enforcement veteran-led private car service for executives, families and organizations — all major, regional and private airports, Middle Tennessee and beyond. Reserve today or a year out, track your driver in real time, and step out with nothing to settle at the curb. Faith-Guided · Family-Oriented · Corporate-Ready WHY CLIENTS CHOOSE GUARDIAN • One flat price — fare and fees in the number you see. No surge, no metering, no tips. • Reserve today or up to a year ahead — airport transfers with flight tracking and complimentary wait time at major, regional and private airports. • Executive SUVs and a 14-passenger Mercedes-Benz Sprinter. Comfort and Comfort XL available in select markets. Every vehicle late-model, spotless and climate-set. • Device chargers and chilled spring water in glass bottles available. • Business accounts with a dedicated company dashboard: set rider policies, spending limits, and permitted days and hours of travel for your employees, with one monthly invoice. EVERY DRIVER, VETTED BEFORE THEY HOLD A KEY Fingerprinted and background-checked. Motor-vehicle record reviewed and monitored. Drug and alcohol tested. Bound by a signed NDA. Certified in First-Aid, CPR and AED within 90 days of hire. Road experience varies from driver to driver. The standard does not. No driver is cleared to drive clients until the founder — a U.S. Army veteran, former police officer and federal law-enforcement officer with EVOC training from the police academy and FLETC — signs off on a scored behind-the-wheel evaluation. Every driver completes our full defensive-driving course within six months of hire, then recertifies annually. EVERY RIDE GIVES BACK A portion of every ride funds the Guardian Hope Foundation, standing with veterans in crisis and communities hit by disaster. Veterans receive 50% off reserved rides. Gold Star families always ride free. Serving all major, regional and private airports — Middle Tennessee and beyond.
