VoyagEase: Help from Travelers

Need to get documents to your family or bring something from another city or country? VoyagEase helps you find someone who is already traveling your route, and agree with them safely. We don't create new trips. We connect your request with a journey that is already planned: plane, train, bus or car. HOW IT WORKS • Find a traveler by city or country • Agree on the details and price in chat • Pay in the app — your money waits until the trip ends • After the trip, confirm the service was provided or report a problem NO TRIP ON YOUR ROUTE YET? Save your search and get a notification as soon as someone posts a matching trip. WHAT YOU CAN ASK FOR • Hand over documents: a power of attorney, a certificate, a diploma • Take personal items, small or larger • Buy something abroad and hand it over on arrival • A shared ride (on car segments) • Other lawful requests, if the traveler agrees PROTECTED PAYMENT Payments go through Stripe and are held until the trip ends. After the trip, you confirm the service was provided or report a problem. If you do nothing, the money is released to the traveler automatically 3 days after the trip. If the traveler cancels, you are refunded automatically. No cash changes hands. TRUST Everyone who posts a trip has a confirmed email address. A phone badge and reviews after completed trips help you choose. You decide who to contact. ALREADY TRAVELING? HELP ALONG THE WAY Post your route, with stops and a different transport for each leg if needed. You choose how you can help, set your price and decide which requests to accept. You are rewarded for a trip you are taking anyway. GOOD TO KNOW • The maximum price for a service is €150 • Prohibited items, as well as passports, ID cards and visas, cannot be carried VoyagEase is not a delivery service or a transport company. It is a platform that connects people around trips that are already planned. Download VoyagEase: someone may already be going where you need.
