CAMERA AND PHOTOS - Take photo: a camera inside the app. Shoot a run of pictures of the same thing without leaving the camera, then send them up together, with or without signal. - Each photo taken in the app records when and where it was taken and on which phone, and that record travels with it. - Photos off a newer iPhone now keep their location and date, and so do photos brought in through Files on Android. - The Gallery shows every picture on the job again: uploaded, attached to a task, or posted in a comment. Each one says where it came from. - Tap any photo to open the full viewer: pinch to zoom, rotate, swipe through the set, draw on it, pin a point and read its comments. - Select a whole day of photos from its heading, then attach the lot to a task, file them in an album or share them. - Share a photo with its date and location printed onto the picture. - A photo's history reads with no signal: who added it, who marked it up, and what they drew. SAFETY AND COMPLIANCE - RAMS: fill in a risk assessment and method statement, then sign it on site with your finger. The whole gang can sign on from one phone. - Visitor register: sign visitors in and out, see who is on site right now, and carry the roll call to the muster point with no signal. - Snagging has two sides now. Mark a snag as fixed, then a manager checks it and signs it off. Anything raised in error can be cancelled. - Drawings record who has opened which revision, from the phone as well, offline. - A task tells you when its drawing has been reissued, so nobody builds off an old sheet. THE DAY ON SITE - Record a delay, what it cost and why, on the day it happened. - Mark a day the site was closed, and say why, instead of leaving a gap. - Deliveries, RFIs and inspections carry their own facts: the supplier, the ticket, who the query is with and what came back. - Your project knows its working week, so weekends, bank holidays and shutdowns read as closed rather than late. - Overdue means overdue on site, on the site's own clock, wherever you are standing. YOUR TEAM - The contacts book: everybody you deal with on one list, people and firms, with their details and your notes on them. - Your organisation on the phone: its plan, its seats and its people. - Announcements can be corrected, and sent to the trades they affect rather than the whole job. - Get help without leaving the app, and report a problem from the thing that went wrong. It sends when you have signal, and never twice. - SiteBot tells you what is left of your week before you run out.
