About Bell Rung

Built around the idea of Residual Inhibition, it lets you create custom sound sessions that help reduce the perception of ringing or buzzing after listening. Choose a frequency for each ear, adjust the volume balance, and set how long each tone plays before it pauses. Start a session with one tap and relax while the app handles the timing.

What's new in 2.1 • New Fade option: sound can ease in at the start of each ON period and ease out to silence at the end. • Your settings are saved and come back when you reopen the app. • Easier frequency matching, with a smoother slider and fine-tune buttons. • A cleaner status bar that glides across during ON and back during OFF. • Volume sliders change loudness more evenly, and all sounds now play at a matched level. • Playback resumes after phone calls and keeps going when AirPods connect. • Uses less battery when not playing. • Music and Microphone modes have been removed to keep the app focused on tones and noise. Bell Rung no longer asks for music or microphone access. • Reliability improvements and bug fixes.
