NutriSkin: Acne Food Scanner

Find the food that breaks you out. Cut out one food at a time, bring it back, and let a photo of your skin each night show what changes. No guessing, no cutting everything at once. HOW IT WORKS 1. Eat normally for a week, so NutriSkin learns what your skin usually looks like. 2. Cut out one food for two weeks. 3. Bring it back for a week and watch the days after. NutriSkin takes you through ten food groups this way, one at a time. A food is only marked as confirmed when it shows up in two separate runs. WHAT'S INSIDE - Face scan: one photo each night, read zone by zone (forehead, cheeks, jaw, nose) for redness and spots, and compared to your own baseline, not anyone else's. - Meal scan: snap your plate and NutriSkin names what's in it, including ingredients you can't see, like sauces and pastes, and flags the food you're testing. - A plan for every day: what to eat, what to skip, and which days decide the result. - Clear results: a simple chart of your usual days, the days without the food, and the days with it back. - 150+ recipes, sorted by what they leave out, so you can eat well while you test. - Available in English, German and French. IMPORTANT NutriSkin is a self-assessment tool for the cosmetic appearance of your skin. It does not diagnose, treat or prevent any condition and is not a medical device. Results describe changes in your own photos, not a medical assessment. Do not bring back a food you are allergic or intolerant to, and talk to a doctor or dermatologist before making health-related decisions. SUBSCRIPTION Some features require a subscription.
