PuffQuit is an app that helps you quit smoking (vapes/cigarettes) and break the habit step by step. No lectures and no “start Monday”: just tools that help you ride out cravings and stay out of autopilot. State check-ins Log what happened and when: cravings, stress, triggers, “slipped/held on”. These check-ins make patterns and progress visible. Mini game for distraction When it hits, jump in for a minute and reset your focus. Plus a haptic pad: a tactile “release” instead of the usual reflex. Health reminders Notifications for water and other helpful habits to keep your routine supported.
