In the app, users can create and join real-world health challenges such as group walks, workouts, wellness routines, and other physical and mental activities. Each challenge is designed and organized by a creator who defines the goal, rules, and dynamics of the experience. These creators act as real-world health event organizers, promoting activities that encourage people to move, take care of themselves, and grow together. We integrate with your Apple Health app, which allows you to check in using health data captured by your Smart Watch and synced with your Health app. Participants join challenges to practice healthy habits individually or collectively, tracking their progress and interacting with others throughout the journey, with the opportunity to make real connections both inside and outside the app. The more dedicated the creator is in organizing and leading the challenge, the greater the community engagement tends to be.
