Wholistic application to help those living with the rare disease Fabry manage their disease. The application allows users to manage their disease, get educated from trusted sources and connect with others living with Fabry. The fabry app is free for users. All medical information in the application is from https://fabry.org/. Apple Health Kit is used to sync up data from available Apple Health Data. All data pulled from Health Kit can be viewed in the analytics portion of the application. Please note that the Fabry App is not a medical device and we do not give any clinical recommendations or make any diagnoses.
