Huff and Puff Storm

This is an application for training breathing, concentration and relaxation. It is built around simple, structured breathing exercises that help you notice your rhythm, release tension and bring your internal state into balance. Animations of air, clouds and fog are displayed on the screen and act as visual cues: when to inhale, when to exhale, when to pause. Soft gestures, touch holding and rhythmic tapping help you tune in to smooth movements and maintain concentration without rushing. The system is organized in the format of short lessons and sessions. The user gradually moves from basic exercises to more complex ones, based on how they feel. Inside the application, you can track personal progress: number of completed sessions, duration of practice, preferred techniques and states before and after training. There is a separate section with explanations, stories and descriptions of techniques that help you better understand how breathing can influence the body and overall state. This creates a sense of a holistic approach — not just exercises, but a personal support tool. The user profile can be customized: choose a visual theme, type of animations, intensity of haptic feedback and audio accompaniment. For more sensitive users, there is a rest mode with muted effects and minimal stimulation. The application is suitable for short breaks during the day, evening unwinding or regular breathing practice. The main focus is on feeling in control of your own breathing, rhythm and condition, without competition, points or pressure of results.
