About GymSense
GymSense is a fitness tracking app built to be cleaner, simpler, and easier than a physical notebook or the Notes app. No clutter, no feeds, no overwhelming dashboards—just the clarity you need to focus on your training. Every part of GymSense is designed to help you record, review, and share your workouts without friction. Track exercises, sets, reps, weight, time, and notes with ease. Whether you log manually or follow a pre-built routine, GymSense gives you the freedom to structure your training the way you want. The interface is intentionally minimal and immersive, with no navigation bar and no distractions pulling you away from your workout. GymSense is built around the idea that the most powerful fitness tool has always been the notebook: simple, direct, and focused. We set out to preserve that simplicity while solving the problems notebooks create—flipping pages, digging through old entries, losing track of progress—and eliminating the clutter common in modern fitness apps. No endless feed, no unnecessary numbers, and no social noise. You can create your own programs and save routines so you never have to rewrite the same workout again. Share routines and individual workouts with friends through the built-in Friends List and DMs. Whether you’re training alone or with a group, GymSense makes it easy to stay connected and motivated without a feed and without turning your fitness into social media. When you create your account, you’ll select a playable character (male or female) that appears on your profile, giving your GymSense experience a personal and fun identity. GymSense is built with integrity. The app is 100% free during this beta launch. There are no subscriptions, no hidden fees, and no attempts to upsell your progress back to you. Our goal is to deliver something genuinely useful and meaningful for lifters—not to overwhelm you, distract you, or monetize your training. This version of GymSense represents the beginning of the vision. It is a beta release and not yet the complete final form of what we’re building. We’re taking careful steps toward something new, something we truly believe will elevate the way people track their workouts. We appreciate everyone joining us early on this journey. There’s much more coming. Train simply. Track clearly. Lift with GymSense.
