Tourney HQ

Tourney HQ is the modern tournament bracket maker and tournament management platform built for the people who actually run the event: directors, league organizers and sports complex operators. Create your tournament in minutes, let teams register and pay online, and run game day from your phone while every coach and parent watches the bracket update live. RUN YOUR ENTIRE TOURNAMENT FROM YOUR PHONE • Create a tournament in minutes: name, sport, dates, venue, entry fee and team limit • Choose your format: Single Elimination, Double Elimination or Round Robin • Brackets generate automatically as teams register - no spreadsheets, no paper • Set game times and court assignments on every matchup • Update scores from the sideline in Edit Mode and advance winners with a tap • Power Rankings update as results come in NO COST FOR DIRECTORS Tourney HQ costs directors nothing. No subscription, no setup fee. Directors keep 100% of their entry fees - the small platform fee is paid by the team that registers, not by you. Payouts flow directly to your connected account through Stripe. BUILT FOR COACHES AND TEAM MANAGERS • Find tournaments and register your team in the app • Pay the entry fee securely by card - no checks, no chasing the director • Upload required documents once: insurance, photo ID, waivers and rosters • Follow the live bracket, game times and courts for every matchup • Manage your team details and registrations in one place BUILT FOR GAME DAY The bracket on the gym wall is gone. Everyone at your event - coaches, players, parents - sees the same live bracket on their own phone: who plays next, on which court, at what time, and who advanced. When a director enters a final score, it's everywhere instantly. HOW IT WORKS For directors: 1. Register as a Director and create your tournament 2. Share it - teams register and pay in the app 3.
