Pokayoke: Verify & Audit

Eliminate costly shipping mistakes and inventory errors with a powerful, easy-to-use barcode verification tool right on your cell phone. No more expensive, dedicated handheld scanners. This app transforms your device into a professional-grade "Poka-yoke" (mistake-proofing) system, designed for accuracy and efficiency in any business operation. KEY FEATURES: Serial Number Verification Mode Ensure every item is correct. Scan barcodes one by one against a pre-loaded list (a simple text file). The app instantly flags items that are not on the list or have been scanned multiple times, preventing duplicates. Perfect for final shipping validation and asset tracking. Quantity Check Mode Confirm you have the right amount of everything. Load a list file containing barcodes and their expected quantities. The app counts each barcode you scan and, upon completion, automatically cross-references the totals to identify any shortages or surpluses. Ideal for inventory counts (stock-taking) and verifying picking lists. SIMPLE 4-STEP WORKFLOW: Select Mode: Choose between "Serial Number Verification" or "Quantity Check." Load File: Import your checklist from a text file on your device. Text file must be transfered from your PC to your device or generate text file on the device. Scan Barcodes: Use the camera to scan items quickly. Audible beeps and haptic feedback confirm each successful scan for a smooth workflow. Review Results: Tap "Finish Poka-yoke" to see a clear summary of the verification results, allowing you to instantly pinpoint any discrepancies. Bring accuracy, reliability, and peace of mind to your daily operations. Download today and say goodbye to preventable errors.
