Nafsi: Muslim Discipline

Break free from phone addiction the Muslim way. Nafsi is a good-deed app blocker that helps you reduce screen time, stop doomscrolling, and build better habits with intention. Lock distracting apps like TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube, then unlock them by completing a good deed — dhikr, Quran, salawat, gratitude, and more. HOW IT WORKS: - Lock the apps that distract you most - Choose a good deed to complete - Finish your deed to earn mindful screen time (15–60 minutes, based on your settings) - Track your progress and build spiritual discipline over time WHY NAFSI: Scrolling steals time from your focus, family, rest, and worship. Nafsi turns screen time into meaningful action, so every unlock becomes a reminder to pause, reflect, and reconnect with what matters most.
