Biyo POS - Inventory Scanner

Biyo Inventory turns your phone or tablet into a stock scanner that's connected to your Biyo POS, so every count, delivery and transfer is recorded the moment it happens. Scan a barcode, update stock and move on. Your dashboard, your registers and your whole team see the change instantly. RECEIVE DELIVERIES IN MINUTES Open a purchase order and start scanning. Each item counts itself in as you scan, with instant feedback and a clear warning if something isn't on the order. No more checking packing slips line by line. KNOW WHAT YOU HAVE, IN EVERY STORE Look up any product by scanning it or searching by name. See stock for one location or across all of them, filter by category or what's running low, and sort by quantity to find what needs reordering. MOVE STOCK THE RIGHT WAY Record Stock In, Stock Out, Adjustments and Transfers between stores. Start a draft, scan items into it and complete it when you're done. Stock updates automatically, and every change is kept in the product's history. ADD PRODUCTS WHERE THEY ARE New item on the shelf? Scan its barcode, add a name, category, cost and price, and it's in your catalog and ready to sell at the register. ALWAYS IN SYNC Price change on the dashboard? New product added by a coworker? It shows up in the app on its own, with no refreshing and no outdated numbers. BUILT FOR THE STOCKROOM Fast camera scanning with manual entry when a label is damaged. A big number pad for quick quantities. It stays signed in when the Wi-Fi drops and tells you when you're offline. SECURE BY DESIGN Sign in with your Biyo account or your company's single sign-on. Each employee sees only the stores and actions their dashboard role allows. Getting started takes seconds.
