The FCT NEMT Driver App is specifically crafted to ensure that your Non-Emergency Medical Transportation (NEMT) business operations run smoothly. The app is designed for NEMT drivers, providing a simple and efficient way to manage daily trips, communicate with dispatchers, and track performance in real time. It connects you with your team instantly and helps boost overall operational efficiency. Built with a focus on saving time, simplifying payrolls, calculating fuel expenses, and streamlining trip dispatching and management, the FCT NEMT Driver App keeps your NEMT drivers organized and on schedule. With built-in GPS navigation, it minimizes trip processing time and helps drivers choose the most efficient routes to complete more trips and deliver better service. Key Features of the FCT NEMT Driver App 1. Clock In, Clock Out The app enables NEMT drivers to manage their shifts efficiently. Drivers can directly clock in and clock out through the app, allowing dispatchers to track shifts and manage payrolls seamlessly. 2. Trip Management The FCT NEMT Driver App gives drivers full access to detailed trip information. Trips can be categorized as scheduled, in progress, escort (with special requirements), or next day. This organization helps drivers stay punctual and informed throughout their workday. 3. Status Updates Drivers receive real-time notifications when a trip status changes — such as “on the way,” “arrived at pickup,” “trip in progress,” or “completed.” This keeps both drivers and dispatchers synchronized at all times. 4. In-App Chat The built-in chat feature allows drivers to communicate instantly with dispatchers. They can quickly exchange important information, report delays, discuss route challenges, or request updates — improving coordination and reducing downtime. 5. Document Uploads Drivers can upload essential documents such as fuel receipts (total gallons, price per gallon) and vehicle mileage reports directly through the app. This allows dispatchers to make timely and informed operational decisions. 6. Pay Summary Both dispatchers and drivers can view detailed pay summaries, including pay periods, mileage incentives, and trip-based bonuses. The automated calculation system helps drivers easily track their earnings and ensures transparency between drivers and dispatchers. 7. Google Maps Integration / Customization Options The app includes integrated Google Maps for accurate navigation, helping drivers reach their destinations efficiently. It also offers customization options to suit different NEMT providers, including personalized vehicle inspection forms and accident report templates. 8. Vehicle Inspection Form Drivers can complete and submit vehicle inspection forms directly through the app. Results are automatically uploaded to the dispatch system, enabling administrators to identify and address vehicle issues immediately while keeping digital records organized. 9. Driver Profile Update Drivers can easily update their profiles, upload identification documents, and add profile pictures. This enhances safety, ensures transparency, and maintains accurate driver records for both dispatchers and passengers.
