WeekLater: Slow Messaging

WeekLater is a slow messaging app where messages arrive instantly but stay locked and blurred for one week before they can be opened. This pause turns every message into something to look forward to, with anticipation becoming part of the connection. When the message finally unlocks, it feels special. People use it to: - Stay connected to friends and loved ones — with anticipation built in. - Invent rituals — surprise drops, story swaps, whatever feels right. - Write to your future self — reflections that unlock in a week. Works offline Read previously synced messages and draft new ones without a connection. Drafts stay saved until you’re back online and ready to send. Flexible notifications Choose whether to get alerts when messages arrive and when they unlock. Private WeekLater uses secure sign-in options, including Apple and Google, along with protections designed to keep your account and private messages secure.
