FlightDeck Aerotraks

Stop Juggling Paperwork. Start Flying with Confidence. Being an aircraft owner or pilot is about the freedom of the skies, not the burden of administrative tasks. Aerotraks - Flight Deck is the free, modern aircraft management app designed by an A and P mechanic and pilot to put you back in command of your time and give you complete confidence in your aircraft's status. Say goodbye to manual logbook entries, confusing maintenance spreadsheets, and endless phone tag with your shop. Flight Deck streamlines every aspect of aircraft ownership, letting you focus on what you love – flying. KEY FEATURES & BENEFITS: Automated Flight Logging (Zero-Entry Logbook): Forget manual entries! Flight Deck uses live ADSB data (where available) to automatically track your flights, calculate Hobbs/Tach time, and log every detail. Your digital logbook stays effortlessly accurate, saving you hours of tedious work. Smart Maintenance Triage: Never guess your airworthiness again. Our intuitive triage system organizes all upcoming maintenance items (hourly, calendar, ADs, SBs) into clear categories: Overdue, Upcoming, and Up to Date. A prominent banner gives you an instant "All Systems Go" or "AOG" status, ensuring you're always compliant and safe. Seamless Service Scheduling: Need maintenance? Schedule service directly from the app. Find nearby Aerotraks Partner shops for a fully integrated experience (see below!) or generate a clean, professional service request to share with your preferred mechanic via email or text. Manage co-owner and flying club schedules with our shared calendar. Direct Shop Communication (with Aerotraks Partners): Experience a new level of transparency. When you service with an Aerotraks Partner shop using our Hangar software, you get real-time status updates directly in the Flight Deck app as your mechanic works. Receive messages, photos of findings, and approve work instantly via the integrated chat – no more phone tag required! Integrated Digital Logbook Entries (with Aerotraks Partners): Ditch the paper sticker. When an Aerotraks Partner completes your service, the official, signed logbook entry is pushed directly and instantly into your Flight Deck app's permanent digital history, linked to the specific maintenance event. Compliance has never been easier or more secure. WHO IS IT FOR? Aerotraks - Flight Deck is designed for: Single Aircraft Owners Co-Ownership Groups Flying Club Members Pilots managing personal or leased aircraft THE AEROTRAKS ADVANTAGE: Flight Deck is powerful on its own, but it truly shines when connected to the Aerotraks ecosystem.
