About Flow: Back to Yourself

Get back to your authentic self. Your feed quietly shapes what you want, how you see your life, and who you think you should be. Flow is a gentle social media blocker and journal that helps you pause, notice how you feel, and hear yourself again. WHEN DID YOU LAST HEAR YOURSELF? Many of the things we want, the routines we chase, the way we see our bodies, homes and lives, first reached us through a screen. Scroll long enough and it gets hard to tell what is yours and what was borrowed. Flow gives you back the quiet to find out. HOW FLOW WORKS 1. Choose the apps that speak louder than you 2. When you reach for one, Flow pauses you with a breath 3. Notice how you're arriving: overwhelmed, bored, lonely, not enough, calm… 4. Answer a short journal prompt, written for that feeling 5. Then decide: step away, or go in for a few chosen minutes WHAT YOU GET - A gentle pause before every scroll Space between the urge and the feed, so you choose instead of drift. - Emotion check-ins A moment to name what you feel, instead of numbing it with a feed. - Journal prompts made for your mood Short, honest questions that take 30 seconds and bring you back to yourself. - Chosen visits, not endless scrolling Decide how long you go in for. The longer you stay, the quieter you get. - A daily number of visits Set how many times a day you want to choose to open your blocked apps. - Your words, kept for you Look back on what came up and notice what's really yours. NO GUILT, NO SHAME Flow won't tell you how many hours you wasted. It's not a productivity tool. It's a calm space to come back to yourself, one pause at a time. FROM THE FOUNDER I quit social media for a few months and noticed something strange: the more time I spent with my own thoughts, the more I realised how many of my wants came from my feed. I built Flow to help others find that quiet too. SUBSCRIPTION Start with a 3-day free trial. Flow Pro then renews automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the trial or period ends.
