Vela Farms

Welcome to Vela Farms — where home-cooked comfort meets modern convenience. From our kitchen in Victoria, Texas, we make meals that taste like they came straight from Grandma’s oven, without the prep, mess, or dishes. Whether you’re feeding your family, stocking your freezer, or simply treating yourself to a warm, hearty dinner after a long day, Vela Farms brings the flavors of home right to your table. At Vela Farms, we believe food should be more than just convenient — it should nourish, comfort, and remind you what “homemade” really tastes like. Every dish we prepare is made from scratch using real ingredients, slow-cooked techniques, and Southern recipes that have been passed down through generations. Our kitchen takes pride in making meals that are rich with flavor, made fresh daily, and ready to heat and enjoy when you are. Our menu includes a rotating variety of casseroles, entrées, sides, and baked goods — all crafted to bring people together. You’ll find classic favorites like King Ranch Casserole, Chicken Spaghetti, Meatloaf & Mashed Potatoes, Enchilada Casserole, Chicken Pot Pie, and other regional comfort dishes that celebrate the heart of Texas home cooking. Everything is made fresh in-house, then packaged for your convenience so you can spend less time cooking and more time living.
