About Runnergram
Turn any run, ride or workout into a story. RunnerGram pulls in your Strava or Apple Health activities and lets you drop data stickers (pace, splits, laps, heart rate, elevation and route maps) straight onto your favourite photos, then share them to Instagram, TikTok and beyond. From laps to maps to charts, everything is customisable to fit your style. No design skills needed: pick a photo, add your stats, and post. YOUR WHOLE SESSION, NOT JUST THE TOTALS • 100+ data stickers: route maps, elevation and pace charts, laps and splits, heart-rate zones, segments, records, watch faces and more • Intervals are detected for you, so a track session shows its reps, not one long lap • The weather on the day and the town you ran in, added automatically for recent activities • Combine several activities on one card: a week of training, a race weekend, a month on the bike A REAL EDITOR, NOT A FIXED TEMPLATE • Drag, pinch, rotate and tilt every sticker anywhere on your photo • Smart snapping lines stickers up with each other and with the edges, and matches their size as you resize • Gloss and holographic finishes that catch the light • AI cut-out: lift yourself out of a photo and use it as a sticker. Your cut-outs stay on your phone for the next card • Templates and magazine-style covers when you want a head start MAPS THAT MOVE • Style your route on light, dark or satellite maps • Several routes on one map, each tagged with a calendar tile or a label • Export your route as an animated video, in 2D or a 3D flyover READY TO POST • Share straight to Instagram Stories and any app on your phone, or save to Photos • Recent shares keep your latest cards one tap away • Bookmark activities to keep them on your phone, even offline HOW IT WORKS 1. Connect Strava or Apple Health, or try the demo with no account 2. Pick an activity and a photo 3. Add stickers, arrange them, make it yours 4. Share Your next activity deserves more than a screenshot.
What’s new
Version 2.1.27 · Updated October 21, 2026
A fresh home screen and a smoother editor. • Your activities are grouped into Today, Yesterday, This week and by month, and the heading follows you as you scroll • Workouts without a route show their sport instead of an empty map, plus your average heart rate when there's room • Bookmark an activity to keep it on your phone, even offline • Press and hold a card to start selecting several activities • Maps with several routes can show a calendar tile or a label at the start of each route • The segment sticker has a dark map option • AI cut-out stickers are saved on your phone, ready for your next card, with a new glow while they're being made • Resize a sticker and it snaps to the same size as matching stickers, so a row of stats lines up exactly • Edit, delete and undo share one bar at the bottom of the editor. Deleted a sticker by mistake? Tap Undo and it comes back where it was • The editor's side buttons stay easy to see on bright photos • A card made from just a template can now be shared • Clearer progress when saving or adding a sticker, and a confirmation once you've shared • Reopen a sticker and it shows the colour you picked, not the default • Template and magazine previews show exactly how they'll sit on your card • The background picker opens faster • Settings are split into Account settings and App settings • The sign-in and tutorial screens now fill the whole screen • Map videos no longer stall with Reduce Motion turned on or on a weak connection, and the screen stays awake while recording
