Version 1.0.26 New features - Owner approval: designate the owner of a property and, when enabled, calendar and pricing changes are submitted to them for approval. - Declare a Booking no-show: you can choose to waive the no-show fees. - Automatic messages: a failed message can be dismissed with "Do not send"; permanently skipped messages show a clear reason ("arrival already passed", "guest without phone number", "empty message after field replacement"…) instead of "Unknown reason". - Cash / cheque payments: payment method editable and can be reverted to "unpaid". - Airbnb deposit "managed by the platform": the line now opens to switch to a SuperHote card pre-authorization. - Payment accounts: a Stripe account not enabled for live payments is flagged in the selector. - Search: incidents can be found by reason; in Payments, Deposits and Extras, searching "first name last name" (in either order) works, as does the order number. - Tourist tax: entry of the additional departmental share, and corrected cap calculation. - Pricing: amounts properly formatted with the property's currency ("1,234.50 €" instead of "1234.5 €"). - Member profile and provider selector: members pending registration show their initials instead of an empty circle. Bug fixes - Payments page: much faster loading by day. - Reservation creation: "Set to 0" resets all rates; a pasted phone number with spaces is accepted. - Workspaces: an owner who is a member of another workspace is no longer switched to it on every login. - Send receipt: the email added to the guest now appears in the send window. - Messaging: a permission denial shows the actual reason instead of a generic error; tapping a new message notification no longer opens a blank page. - Service providers: the number of beds requested by the guest is visible. - Declined or expired Airbnb request: no more wrongly displayed collected amount; unanswered requests expire automatically after 24 h. - Early check-in / late check-out extras with card pre-authorization: the purchased time is applied to the reservation. - Booking tourist tax "collected on site": no longer counted as paid to Booking nor deducted from the payout. - Sending a payment or deposit link: refused with a clear message when no payment account is set. - Week calendar filtered by cleaning status: guest name shown instead of "N/A"; property filter is kept when returning to the screen. - Statistics: with "Hide prices", only amounts are hidden, tables stay readable; searching a member by "last name first name" works. - "Paid" deposit by cheque or cash chosen at creation is properly saved. - Scheduled messages: actions now require the "Automated guest messages" permission. - Airbnb cancellation policy now properly applied. - Extras: the name follows the guest's language in emails. - Guest page: postal code and city no longer shown twice; "Get directions" uses GPS coordinates. - Checklists: the copy appears immediately after "Duplicate in this property". - "Minimum price per night" line removed from the Pricing tab.
