If you have a medical condition, we recommend a Svastha dietitian. 1-ON-1 AND YOUR OWN DIETITIAN • Book private 1-on-1 yoga sessions with a teacher over Zoom. • Plans with your own dietitian: chat, voice calls and a diet plan made for you by a real person. TRACK YOUR PROGRESS • Weight and habit tracker, points, challenges and transformation stories. • Your diet plan stays on your phone, also without internet, and downloads as a PDF.
