About Your Progress Journal
Track your habits, daily notes and workouts in one place. See your history and patterns, and use optional AI insights and smart search to reflect on your progress. Money is an optional spending tracker. Connect supported Canadian bank accounts through Plaid Link to sync transactions and balances, view spending categories, and compare periods. Bank linking is available in Settings → Banks. The app cannot make payments or transfer money. You can disconnect a bank from Settings. Ask can read a screenshot and suggest changes to your records. Changes require your confirmation and can be undone. OpenAI features require your explicit permission; regular journaling and Money do not.
What’s new
Version 1.6.4 · Updated October 8, 2026
Connect your bank. Money now syncs with your bank through Plaid, replaces manual imports, and updates on its own every night. If a bank needs you to log in again, you get a notice and a clear way back in. Compare any period with the one before or with last year. You see both totals on one chart, the percentage difference, and the categories that changed most. Ask can now read a screenshot and suggest changes, such as filing a merchant under another category or logging a run. Nothing changes until you tap Apply, and every change can be undone. Hide amounts with one tap on the eye beside your avatar, for when you show the app to someone. A better first day. Setup now lets you pick a few habits to start with, choose whether to track spending, and add your name, so Today is ready the moment you finish. Fixes: workouts you completed no longer show as missed after the app reloads. Your workout history was saved correctly all along. Also, new accounts can add habits and set reminders reliably, a habit that fails to save no longer shows up twice, your avatar shows your own initials, the app uses your phone's timezone from the start, every sheet closes with a smooth drag, and text that was hard to read on Money details and Banks is now clear.
