Send a date invite to a spot you both like, or to an event happening around town, and add a note if you want. They choose a time you're both free, and that's it: the date is on the calendar and your chat opens. Keep up to three invites out at once, with no weekly deadline. Every invite starts with a real plan, so there's no "we should hang out sometime." SMART MATCHING, NOT RANDOM SWIPING Tango's compatibility engine looks at your interests, personality, lifestyle, major, campus involvement, music taste, and schedule to put your best fits first. Check in together when you arrive, and your date's page puts who you're meeting front and center. Afterward, tell us privately how it went. Your date never sees your answers, and if you both want a second date, we'll let you both know. FRIENDS & GROUP PLANS Dating's a team sport, and Tango keeps your crew close. • Plan a night out together with group plans, then vote on the time so everyone can actually make it • Turn any event into a hangout: the name, time, and place fill in for you • Start a private, invite-only group chat • Find people you know with People You May Know and Find Friends • Drop a match's profile and get real opinions from people who know you • Post a Date Recap with a rating and the full debrief SAFETY SHARE, YOUR FRIENDS HAVE YOUR BACK Before any date, share your live location with your friend group for up to 8 hours. Friends see exactly where you are on a live map, and one tap sends an instant SOS to your whole group. Your location deletes automatically when the share ends.
