ProFocus

ProFocus helps you stay off distracting apps—with someone else keeping you accountable. Choose the apps you want to block and set a focus timer. If you need to unlock early, ask someone to approve your request. FOCUS WITH ACCOUNTABILITY Add friends who can help you stick to your plans. Send an unlock request when you need to finish a session early, or text an approval link to someone outside the app. CHOOSE WHAT TO BLOCK Select distracting apps and save lists for studying, working, or time away from your phone. SET YOUR FOCUS TIME Choose how long you want to focus. Your selected apps stay blocked during the session unless an early unlock is approved. BUILD A ROUTINE Schedule focus sessions for the times you want fewer distractions. SEE YOUR PROGRESS Track your focus time, completed sessions, and streaks.
