About TetraText: Word Block Puzzle

TetraText 2.1.1 — a Daily Challenge, 48 achievements, runs you can resume, and coins on a new scale. TODAY • Daily Challenge: one run a day on a 5 by 10 board, with the same letters for everyone. You get one try, it has its own board on Ranks, and the run over card lets you "Challenge me" with a link. • A Today row on Home shows the Daily Challenge and your Daily Reward, lit up when there is something to do. The gift icon gets a dot when a reward is waiting. • Reminders, only if you want them: at most one a day, before your streak resets or when a new challenge is ready, and never on a day you have played. Turn them on or off in Settings. ACHIEVEMENTS • 48 achievements on a new screen under You, each with a reward: a power-up or coins. Tap one that is done to collect it, or Collect all. • Hidden ones read "???" with a hint until you find them. • The run over card names what you just unlocked, and You gets a dot while something is ready to collect. • Your past games count: tiers you had already reached are marked collected. • They are mirrored to Game Center. YOUR RUNS • Leave a run and come back to it: Home shows "Your run" with RESUME, for up to a day. Starting another board asks first. • Out of letters with no Reloads left? End run finishes the run with its score instead of losing it. Restart board is gone. • The Huge 11 by 22 board now has its own boards on Ranks, counts your best and pays coins. • New sounds for every drop, landing, word and bomb, and sound and vibration are on from the start. • Smoother: the game now runs at 60 frames a second. • Play with a keyboard or a game controller as well as touch. COINS • Coins are now on a scale ten times bigger. Your balance is multiplied by 10 once, and prices and rewards use the new scale. • The Shop has five coin packs and Remove ads, which also gives you 300 coins. • A short video gives 10 coins, up to 6 times a day. • Sign in once to keep your progress and get 50 coins. • Daily rewards run as a 7-day streak that starts over. • A new account gets one of each power-up after its first run. • Buying power-ups asks first, and lets you pick how many. YOUR PROGRESS • Sign in with Game Center and your progress follows you to a new iPhone or iPad, or after a reinstall. If this device already has progress of its own, you choose which to keep. LIGHT MODE AND THEMES • The game now follows your iPhone's light or dark mode. Prefer it dark? Settings > Appearance > Dark. • Every theme comes in Light and Dark. • New in the Shop: Glacier and Rosewood for coins, Aurora and Velvet to buy, each shown live before you buy. Earn Aurora and Velvet free through two Gold achievements. AROUND THE GAME • The game opens straight to Home, with no PLAY tap. • On iPad, play in landscape too: the whole screen at a size you can read, your games beside the boards on Home, and the board between your words and the score of your last word. • New players start straight in a short guided run instead of reading cards first. • No download on first launch: the word list comes with the game. • Notices pop up as a clear card you can tap away. FIXES • On Ranks, your pinned row now matches your place in the list when scores tie. • The word prompt no longer shows over the quit question. NEW IN 2.0.8, IF YOU ARE COMING FROM 2.0.6 • Coins you buy on iPhone and iPad are added as soon as the purchase completes. • Your coin history names where each coin came from.
