Ellis – In-Person AI Notes

Ellis is an AI notetaker for in-person meetings, not over Zoom. Built for people, where being in the same room matters. Perfect for conferences, coffee meetups, therapy sessions, face-to-face sales meetings, interviews, or on-site research sessions. You can stay present, and capture your interactions all in one tap. Ellis automatically transcribes your meeting, helps you tag your own voice as speaker, and writes elegant notes you can share: simple summaries, or one focused on outcomes, process, or how you came across. In-person meetings are worth keeping. They're more honest than a screen, and they go deeper. Ellis is built to learn from them. SINLGE-TAP CAPTURE - Use Lock Screen or Home Screen widgets for faster access - Pause / resume / complete – just like your favorite fitness activity app ASK ELLIS - Ask anything about a specific meeting - Ask about your personal progress between multiple meetings - Get insights on decisions made, who spoke how much, and what you can do differently next time as a speaker - Ask for information based on where it was recorded, e.g. "what did the recruiter in Brooklyn say about leadership?" HOW IT WORKS - Start a new meeting recording from the Lock Screen or Home Page widget, or in the app - The recording is deleted once its transcribed - Tag your own voice by tapping a quote - Share notes or keep them private - Chat with your notes per recording, or ask general questions beyond a single meeting. - Type or talk to Ellis Try Ellis for your next in-person meetings today. It's free to get started. Take as many notes as you'd like. Upgrade to view and work with notes older than one week. Questions?
