Journey Tracker by Acton

Journey Tracker is the platform built for learner-driven communities of every kind. Originally created for the rapidly growing network of Acton Academies worldwide, it equips learners to own their learning, strengthen peer accountability, and build thriving communities. At its core, Journey Tracker helps communities track mastery, effort, and leadership—three dimensions that matter in any setting where people are learning and growing together. Instead of grades or compliance, progress is made visible through challenges, badges, and peer feedback. Why Journey Tracker Works Anywhere Learners Gather • Scales with Growth: From a small group to a global network, the same framework supports culture and accountability. • Supports Every Stage: Whether young learners in a studio, teens preparing for apprenticeships, or adults learning together, the Hero’s Journey framework applies. • Built on Proven DNA: Developed inside Acton Academy, Journey Tracker carries forward the rituals, tools, and practices that fuel one of the world’s fastest-growing learner-driven networks. • Strengthens Tribes: Shared dashboards, 360 surveys, and badges help any group make progress visible and culture strong. Key Modules • Mission Control – Track mastery, effort, and leadership at a glance. • Fellow Travelers – Strengthen community bonds and tribe culture. • Weekly Tracking – Learner-led goals and reflections that build habits. • Badges – Earn skill-based badges through meaningful challenges. • Hero Bucks – Run economies, incentives, and entrepreneurial experiments. • 360 Surveys – Give and receive authentic peer feedback to build accountability. Journey Tracker is not a school tool—it’s a platform for learner-driven communities that believe in freedom, responsibility, and growth through shared learning. Whether you’re part of an Acton Academy or building your own tribe of learners, Journey Tracker makes the journey visible, joyful, and real.
