TrackWork: Work Hours Tracker

Track your work. Log your expenses. Send invoices. Get paid. One app for paid work, start to finish. For anyone who bills clients or is paid by the hour. TRACK YOUR WORK Tap to start, tap to stop. Add hours after the fact, overnight shifts included. A crew of two or ten counts every person. Every session is saved with its date, its length and what it earned. Pause and resume from the app, the Lock Screen or the Dynamic Island. Breaks come off your hours. TRACK YOUR Mileage (Pro) Keep track of your mileage, optionally add to the invoices TRACK YOUR EXPENSES (Pro) Photograph a receipt and add the amount. Log miles on a shift or on their own, at the official rate or your own. Put them on the invoice at cost, or keep them just for your records. SEND INVOICES Two taps from any client turns tracked time into a finished invoice. Pick the period, see the invoice before it exists, send the PDF, then record the payment. Your currency, your tax and your payment terms are set once and apply everywhere. Numbering from INV-0001, or your own. Put one line per note on an invoice, so "West roof" becomes one line with its hours and amount. Your tax or business number goes on every invoice. GET PAID Tell TrackWork how each client pays you: weekly, every two weeks, twice a month, monthly, or just a total. Each client then opens on this week or this month, with what it comes to and whether it is paid. Move between periods with the arrows or a swipe, or tap the period to see every one at a glance. Home shows each client's current period, and anything older that is still unpaid. Record a payment for one client or several at once. Search every entry by client, note, date or amount. Export your timesheet to Excel. YOUR CLIENT SEES THE SAME HOURS Invite a client and they see your timesheet as you do, read-only. No more arguing over the hours. REMINDERS Pick the days and your usual hours for a client, and get a reminder to start tracking at your start time. IN YOUR LANGUAGE English, Spanish, German, French, Japanese and Polish, with 78 currencies and the right local tax name. TRACKWORK PRO Unlimited tracking, invoices, mileage, receipts and Excel export for timesheets. Your first 10 sessions are free, then choose yearly or monthly.
