Kitsap Parade of Homes

Join us for the 2025 Parade of Homes, happening September 27th and 28th in the greater Kitsap County area. This event is a self-guided tour that gives you an exclusive look inside some of the most stunning homes and renovation projects across Kitsap County — including Port Orchard, Bremerton, Poulsbo, and Bainbridge Island. Whether you're dreaming of building a custom home, remodeling your current space, or just love great design, this event is your chance to explore real projects by the area's top builders, remodelers, and designers. From fully custom builds to small but impactful renovations, accessory dwelling units (ADUs), multi-family developments, and even commercial spaces — there's something for everyone to experience and get inspired by. Meet the professionals behind the work, get ideas for your own home, and see firsthand the craftsmanship and creativity that's shaping our communities. The Kitsap Building Association is an association of builders, subcontractors and related service providers representing the home building industry, its members and its consumers. The association provides information, education and services to the membership and a unified voice on legislative issues affecting the industry and the availability of safe and affordable housing for all.
