Every menu order now comes with a printable kitchen ticket: each dish with its size, the choices your customer picked and anything they asked for, the pickup or delivery day and time, their name and phone, and allergies at the top. Open the order and tap Open ticket to print it, save it as a PDF, or Share ticket to send it to your kitchen. The Bookings tab now shows your orders the way a chef needs them: an order you forgot to close moves out of Upcoming, shows how many days late it is, and gives you a one tap Mark complete. Tapping an order opens your own order screen with Mark Ready, Complete and the kitchen ticket. Dish photos show on every card. Message threads are labeled by order number. Reminders that matter. If an order is still open two hours after its pickup time, we remind you to mark it complete, and once more the next day, because your customer can only leave a review after that.
