When used together the Field Agent App facilitates sending and receiving, creating and editing, data on field service activities including: • Appointments • Customer Service Site Details • Estimates and Invoices • Payment Processing by Check, Cash, Credit Card, and BNPL • Forms and Signature Capture • Checklists • Pictures and Videos • Etc. All data is synchronized with myXinatorPro components including the Field Service Module of the Customer Engagement Center (CRM), XinatorCC Payment Processing Module, XinatorForms Module, and QuickBooks Online. New Features Location Tracking * Added a new Tracking switch in the side menu. * When enabled, the agent's location is captured in the background and sent to the server. * Works offline. Locations are stored locally and automatically synced when the internet connection returns. * Tracking automatically starts when the app launches if it was previously enabled. * Added permission prompts, battery optimization guidance, and a persistent notification. File Downloads * Appointment files in the Files tab can now be downloaded to the device and opened with the appropriate app. * Added double-tap protection and snackbar feedback. Custom Fields * Added support for Time and Date field types. * Attached custom fields can now be deleted from an appointment. Equipment Form * Renamed the Barcode field to SKU for better clarity. The API field remains unchanged. * Equipment type can now be selected using a searchable list. * Removed required-field asterisks from optional fields. Improvements * Invoices now support the IsWarranty flag. * Added a themed status dialog for confirmations. * Appointments now load reliably on a normal launch. Fixes * Hidden the Training menu item for now. * Improved snackbar messages and appointment details.
