Rediscover the original Word Bomb: guide falling letters, make words in every direction and keep the board clear. PLAY OFFLINE Form words of four to eight letters across, down or diagonally, forwards or backwards. New games use a reviewed English word list with bundled, sourced definitions. Tap discoveries in Word History or search the in-game Dictionary to learn their meanings, including supported inflections and spelling variants. Existing legacy saves retain their original word rules; some historical entries may have no verified meaning. MAKE EVERY LETTER COUNT Move falling letters between columns, swap neighbouring tiles, use Shuffle and choose a vowel when you need help. Pause whenever you like and keep up to ten local saved games. BUILD YOUR COLLECTION Track discovered words, your personal best and local achievements. Take on the daily word quest and revisit the introduction whenever you need a reminder. Playable vocabulary is English; language controls on supported screens do not translate the playable word list. OPTIONAL APPLE GAME CENTER Connect Game Center for a separate unassisted challenge starting at level one. Earn word points without Shuffle, vowel or inventory boosts. Compare completed eligible rounds on Apple's leaderboard and progress through four discovery achievements. Ordinary play does not require Game Center. Local legacy scores and private friend phrases do not enter this ranking. PRIVATE CLASSIC DUEL Invite a friend with a private code to a three-minute match. Both players receive the same letter sequence; the server validates moves, words and scores and restores confirmed play after reconnecting. Tap a column to place a letter. No paid advantages, currency prizes or public chat. YOUR CLASSIC ACCOUNT AND SHOP Sign in with Apple for a new optional Classic account. The shop offers 100, 500 and 1,000 B-Bucks packs at Apple's displayed local prices, plus solo power-ups. Restore checks account balance and unfinished transactions; spent consumables are not granted again. Game Center identity remains separate from your Classic account. A REFRESHED CLASSIC Updated menus, results screens, sound controls and effects refresh the original game. The former online service was deleted: previous online profiles, balances and history cannot be restored. Existing readable local saves remain separate. Private Phrase Relay, community multiplayer rankings and new seasonal purchases are not publicly available in this release. ADS AND REMOVE ADS Ad-supported solo play can show video advertisements at completed-level breaks. Availability depends on connection, consent and ad inventory. Verified Remove Ads access suppresses automatic advertising, including preserved access from earlier releases. Gameplay continues if an ad cannot be served.
