Quantum DSP Solutions

Quantum DSP is the mobile app for delivery service partners and their teams. Drivers, dispatchers and managers get everything they need for the day in one place: schedules, routes, vehicle inspections, scorecards and team communication. Accounts are created by your company. Your administrator will send you an invitation to get started. FOR DRIVERS • Schedule: see your upcoming shifts, accept or decline them, and request days off. • Daily route: check your route, assigned van and stage area for the day. • AI vehicle inspections: scan your van's QR code and take guided photos. Our AI reviews every photo and flags possible damage automatically. • Damage reports: report a problem with your vehicle in seconds, with photos. • Weekly scorecard: follow your performance metrics week by week and see how each one is scored. • Ride alongs and surveys: complete evaluations and company surveys right from your phone. • Uniforms: confirm the uniforms assigned to you by scanning a QR code and signing on screen. • Company media: watch videos, listen to podcasts and read newsletters from your company, even with the screen off. • Notifications: get alerts for new schedules, route reminders, approvals and announcements. FOR DISPATCHERS AND MANAGERS • Review daily vehicle photos and AI damage findings for every van. • Approve or decline day-off requests and keep your schedule covered. • Publish weekly scorecards for your drivers. • Create ride alongs, assign uniforms and follow up on damage reports. BUILT FOR YOUR OPERATION • Works for companies with one or many stations. • Each user only sees what their role allows. • Your data is private to your company and protected with secure sign-in.
