About CrispyCore

CrispyCore is a workout player and timer built for people who follow structured training programs. Whether you're doing strength training, calisthenics, mobility work, boxing conditioning, or any other structured sport. CrispyCore turns your program into a fully guided session. **GUIDED WORKOUT PLAYER** The interactive workout player walks you through every exercise, set, and rest period. Timers count down automatically, tempo cues keep your technique sharp, and RPE guidelines help you train at the right intensity. Enable Autoplay and the app handles every transition hands-free. **ANY PROGRAM, ANY SPORT** CrispyCore works with any training methodology. Follow straight sets, circuits, EMOMs, or accumulation blocks. Set reps, time targets, max-effort sets, or total rep targets. Add tempo, RPE, and failure protocols exactly as written in your program. **STRUCTURED PROGRESSIONS** Follow multi-phase programs with weekly schedules that move you forward automatically. CrispyCore tracks exactly where you are in your program and picks up where you left off, every session. **VOICE COACH** Real-time audio cues keep you focused without staring at your screen. The Voice Coach announces exercises, counts down rest timers, and calls out tempo beats so your attention stays on the movement. **APPLE HEALTH INTEGRATION** Every completed workout syncs automatically to Apple Health. Your training sits alongside your other fitness data for a complete picture of your activity. **IMPORT PROGRAMS FROM GITHUB** Host your own workout programs on GitHub and import them directly into the app. CrispyCore uses an open JSON format. Build any program structure, share it with others, and update it anytime. No middleman. **BEAUTIFUL, FOCUSED DESIGN** A clean interface built for the gym floor, readable at a glance, usable with sweaty hands. Choose a light or dark theme or follow your system settings automatically. **iCLOUD BACKUP** Your workout history and progress automatically sync to iCloud, keeping your data safe across devices.
