Voice-to-Note Fallback If a voice command doesn't match a known action, it's saved as a timestamped editable note in the log. Tap any note to correct it — if you type a recognized term like "epi," the app will retroactively log the right clinical event at the original time. Redesigned Pulse Check Screen Shockable rhythms (V. Fib, V. Tach) and non-shockable rhythms (PEA, Asystole) are displayed as large visual cards with rhythm images. Selecting a shockable rhythm opens an energy selector (120–360 J) before logging. ROSC mode offers a full list of post-resuscitation rhythms.
