Available to everyone. • Health Profiles – Keep each person's records separate. Premium supports up to 10 profiles. • Temperature Tracking & Graphs – Log temperature readings and visualise trends over time with easy-to-read graphs. • Medication Records – Log dose, strength, form, timing and notes. Review recent doses and archive medications. • Medication Schedules – Plan when medications are taken, how often and for how long. Schedules record the plan; reminders are set separately. Free includes 1 active schedule per profile; Premium allows up to 100. • Reminders (Premium) – Set notifications for medication doses or temperature checks. Reminders stay on the device where they're set. • Symptom Tracking – Define symptoms to follow and log occurrences. Premium adds notes and extra details. • Health Notes – Capture observations with timestamps. • Timeline – Review your health history in chronological order. • Time-Zone Support – Records include time-zone context to help keep your history accurate across time zones. • PDF Reports (Premium) – Generate reports with temperature graphs, filtered by date range and entry type, to share with a doctor. • AI Summaries (Beta, Premium) – Summarise a date range using on-device Apple Intelligence. Requires a compatible device; health records aren't sent to an AI server. • Data Export – Back up your records as a structured ZIP file. • Offline Access – Use MedEtra without an internet connection after setup. DEVICE SYNC (PREMIUM) Optionally sync selected profiles between your iCloud-connected devices through Apple's private CloudKit database, with encryption in transit and at rest. PRIVACY FIRST No separate MedEtra account, ads or behavioural tracking. Health records remain on your device unless you enable Device Sync. Firebase Crashlytics provides crash diagnostics without including health records. FREE & PREMIUM Free includes core health tracking, doctor visits, search, export and offline access. Premium adds up to 10 profiles, expanded medication scheduling, reminders, Device Sync, PDF reports and AI summaries. Beta features are still in development and may change.
