Courageous Conversations

Courageous Conversations brings BJ Stasio’s powerful reflections on growth, power, and inclusion into your pocket. Based on BJ’s decades of writing and advocacy work, this app transforms a physical deck of reflection cards into a digital experience. Each card includes thought-provoking text and imagery designed to spark meaningful conversations, personal growth, and community connection. BJ Stasio is a passionate advocate for disability rights and inclusion, with over 20 years of leadership in self-advocacy and person-centered initiatives. His work has empowered individuals across New York State and beyond, inspiring others to embrace self-determination and equity. Features: Swipe through a digital deck of reflection cards. Explore prompts on growth, power, and inclusion. Use cards to start conversations with friends, teams, or communities. Access content for free, with the option to support through “pay as you can.” Whether used individually for personal reflection or in groups to create dialogue, Courageous Conversations makes BJ’s writings more accessible to everyone. Why this app? Because reflection sparks change. These cards are more than words — they are tools for building inclusion, fostering self-awareness, and amplifying voices often left unheard.
