Monitor Performance in Real Time: See task completions as they happen and spot issues before they affect service. Keep Everyone Connected: Send push notifications, reminders, and updates instantly. Gain Insights: Identify recurring missed tasks and track performance across shifts and locations. Centralize Training & SOPs: Upload procedures and guides so staff always have the right info. What Staff Can Do Work Smarter, Not Harder: Complete checklists in real time, right from your phone. Stay Informed: Receive reminders and notifications so no task is overlooked. Stay Accountable: Add notes and photos when tasks can’t be completed. Getting Started Hands accounts are created by restaurant managers. If your restaurant uses Hands, you’ll receive an invite to join your team directly in the app. Hands is built for restaurants that want to improve accountability, streamline communication, and replace paper checklists with a smarter solution.
