Sunny Bear Rescue

Sunny Bear Rescue is trying something different. With this app, we’re opening the door to a whole new way of connecting with our community and helping animals in need. Sunny Bear Rescue is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit based in Partlow, Virginia. We are a kennel-free animal rescue dedicated to saving dogs, cats, and small animals from puppy mills, kill shelters, abuse cases, and other high-risk situations. Every animal that comes through our doors deserves a second chance, and we work tirelessly to match them with loving forever families. The Sunny Bear Rescue App was created to give supporters, adopters, and pet lovers an easier, faster way to stay connected. What you can do in the app: Meet adoptable pets: Browse dogs, cats, and small animals waiting for their forever homes. Stay updated: Be the first to know about adoption events, community programs, and new rescues. Get resources: Access pet care tips, local pet care services, and submit support services. Community support: Learn about our Pet Food Pantry, free microchipping events, and low-cost spay/neuter programs. Tune in to Sunny Bear Radio: Listen to upbeat music, pet care tips, and stories of hope—all streamed directly from our rescue. We believe rescue should be about more than just finding homes. It’s about building a community of people who care about animals and want to make a difference. That’s why this app is here—not only to showcase adoptable pets but also to make it easier for you to engage, learn, support, and share. Who we are: Kennel-free rescue: Our animals live in homes and foster environments, not cages. Community-driven: We support families so pets can stay where they belong—at home. Life-saving mission: From puppy mills to kill lists, we take on the tough cases others can’t. Dedicated volunteers: Sunny Bear Rescue runs on heart, compassion, and teamwork. By downloading this app, you become part of the Sunny Bear Rescue family. Whether you’re adopting, fostering, volunteering, or simply spreading the word, you’re helping us continue our mission: to give every animal a chance at love, safety, and happiness. Together, we can make a difference—one paw at a time.
