Dispatch Scout

You didn’t start your service business to live in spreadsheets or burn fuel on bad routes. You started it to do great work and get paid. Dispatch Scout puts your operation in your pocket: scheduling, technician tracking, AI route optimization, invoicing, fleet management, and more — one app, one price, everything included. No paywalls. No surprises. AI Route Optimization Dispatch Scout builds smarter routes that account for appointment windows, job durations, and real-world drive times based on traffic and weather, with turn-by-turn navigation. Fewer wasted miles, more jobs completed per day. Smart Capture (Snap. Done.) Point your camera at the dashboard. Smart Capture reads the odometer, detects warning lights, and logs key check-in details automatically — so pre/post-trip check-ins take seconds and fleet records stay audit-ready. Team Chat Real-time communication between techs in the field and the back-office. Send messages, include attachments, everyone stays in the loop. Job Management That Closes the Loop Create jobs fast, assign techs, attach photos/notes, and keep everyone in sync with real-time status updates and deep-link push notifications. Completion rules help ensure jobs don’t get marked “done” until they’re truly done. Equipment Management Keep track of equipment installs. Use smart-stickers with QR codes so customer's can scan them and view warranty details and contact info. Scheduling Built for Busy Days Day/week views, color-coded assignments, and instant schedule updates. Jump from the calendar straight into today’s optimized route with one tap. Works for 1 tech or 50. Invoicing & Payments Build invoices from completed jobs, take on-site card payments with Stripe Terminal, send invoices by email/SMS, record cash/check, create estimates, and apply discounts, custom pricing, and tax rates — so you can invoice at the truck and get paid faster. Client & Property CRM Store customer and property history in one place, including do-not-contact preferences and custom fields. Jobs, invoices, equipment, and memberships stay tied to the right client automatically. Full-featured CRM done right. Equipment, Memberships, Fleet, Multi-Location Track equipment and service history, sell maintenance plans, schedule vehicle maintenance with reminders, and run multiple locations with role-based permissions. Also included Tasks, notes/docs (photos, videos, PDFs), and real-time updates everywhere.
