Lecture Scribes

Make Your Message Accessible to Everyone, Everywhere Provide real-time transcription and translation services to your audience, whether they are inside the venue or across the globe. Lecture Scribes is a breakthrough solution designed for individuals with hearing impairments and those who prefer to follow along in Spanish. The Distance Barrier is Gone While many transcription tools require you to be near the speaker, Lecture Scribes works anywhere. Your audience can read your words in real-time from: • The same room or building. • The hallway or parking lot. • A different country entirely. Dual-Language Inclusivity Break the language barrier instantly. Lecture Scribes empowers churches and businesses to provide live transcriptions and translations in both English and Spanish. By offering live or on-demand text, you ensure your message connects with every member of your audience. How the Two-App System Works Our seamless technology ensures accuracy and accessibility on any mobile device: Lecture Scribes Server: This app "listens" to the speaker, converts speech to text in real-time, and streams the data directly to the cloud. Lecture Scribes (User App): An unlimited number of participants can follow the live stream on any iPhone, iPad, or Android device. Why It Matters Whether it’s a business meeting, a classroom lecture, or a church service, Lecture Scribes ensures that location and hearing ability never stand in the way of your message. Reach your audience—anywhere, in any language. Cost-Effective Implementation Implementation is simple and affordable. Your organization only needs one license for the Lecture Scribes Server app and basic hardware (such as a microphone or audio interface). Best of all, the Lecture Scribes app is completely free for your audience and congregation members on both iPhone and Android. How it Works 1. Capture & Stream (Lecture Scribes Server) Using an iPhone or iPad, the Server app captures high-quality audio through a Bluetooth or USB microphone, a mixing board interface, or the device’s internal mic. It converts speech into highly accurate text and securely streams it to the cloud for instant Spanish translation and storage. 2. Follow Along (Lecture Scribes App) Audience members use the Lecture Scribes app on their own devices to view the live transcription in both languages. Whether they are sitting in the front row or tuning in from another continent, the text appears as the speaker talks. Never Miss a Word Live Engagement: Allows for immediate connection during the event. Use a projector: Instead of each audience member using their own device to display the transcript, hook a single Lecture Scribes iPhone, iPad or Android device to a projector so everyone can read. On-Demand Review: Missed the live session? Participants can access the full transcript afterward to review every detail. The Bottom Line By using Lecture Scribes, you ensure every audience member has the opportunity to engage with your message—live, clear, and accessible. Lecture Scribes: Because everyone deserves to hear your message.
