Greditor is a keyboard‑centric text editor built for power users, optimized for iPad with a hardware keyboard but fully usable on other platforms. It combines the efficiency of traditional code editors with modern conveniences: multi‑buffer and multi‑pane editing, canvas buffers for free‑form notes, clipboard and command histories, 100 levels of undo, auto‑save, syntax highlighting, auto bullets, large files, and advanced search & replace. Workflows are available via a simple but powerful custom macro language and a command bar for quick actions. Keyboard mappings are fully customizable and include presets for Emacs, Visual Studio Code, and Xcode — nearly every command can be rebound to suit your preferences. Canvas mode lets you place, group, move, and style text sections in a freeform layout; canvas documents are stored as JSON for portability. Projects let you manage and search files in a folder, while multiple file sources (Local, Documents, iCloud, SFTP, and Greditor Remote) let you edit files locally or sync securely across devices and servers.
